Get to be part of Team SwimBox and represent Pakistan in national and international competitions.
Most of our swimmers are here to learn, get confident and enjoy the water. Some of them get to the end of the Adventure Plan and want something harder: a clock to beat, a squad to train with, and a reason to keep coming back that is not just the next stage.
That is what the competitive camp is for. It is a bridge from a formal lesson into real training: technique held to a much finer standard, endurance built properly, and the racing skills a lesson never gets round to: starts, turns, pacing, and swimming a heat when it counts.
Swimmers who come through it train as Team SwimBox, and they compete under that name.

who it is for
There is no age cut-off and no trial fee. What matters is what they can already do in the water.
Frontcrawl and backstroke over a full length without stopping, and a working breaststroke. Butterfly is taught in the squad rather than expected before it.
Competitive training is repetitive by design. The swimmers who do well in it are the ones asking for another set, not the ones being talked into one.
Racing improves on consistency more than on talent. A swimmer who trains most weeks will pass one who trains occasionally, every time.
Nobody is judged on paper. Come to the pool, swim for the Founder, and she will tell you honestly where your swimmer is.
Tell us your swimmer's age and roughly what they can do in the water. One message on WhatsApp is enough to start.
We put them in the water with the Founder and watch them swim. It takes one session and it costs nothing.
Either they join the squad, or we tell you exactly which class gets them there and how long it is likely to take.
Bring your swimmer down and let the Founder see them in the water. It takes one session.
