At SwimBox, we transform the essential skill of water safety into an unforgettable Swim Journey Adventure. As a Swim England Certified facility, our curriculum is built on International Aquatic Standards, ensuring that every lesson, from fundamental water acclimatization to mastering Loafer swimming, is delivered with world-class precision.
We move away from the traditional “crowded pool” model by prioritizing one-on-one instruction and ultra-small class sizes, allowing our coaches to provide the individualized corrective feedback and tactile manipulation necessary for rapid progress. By gamifying the learning process, we keep children engaged and motivated as they reach vital milestones in breath control and stroke mechanics.
An elite swim school is defined by its ability to balance rigorous safety protocols with a nurturing, child-centric environment, and at SwimBox, we ensure every student receives the dedicated attention they require to become confident, lifelong swimmers.
TWO CHARTS, FILLED IN
Shazme is the founder of SwimBox, an aquatic school in the heart of Lahore. She is a Swim England Certified Coach and has been teaching for more than ten years.
She has completed STA and CIMSPA affiliated programmes with Swim England, holding the STA Level 2 Award in Teaching Swimming. The Swim England Training Programme is the leading national teaching syllabus for delivering safe, inclusive and effective lessons at any age.
She is also a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and a Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor. She has been a competitive swimmer for over twenty years and still competes as a Masters swimmer.
She teaches swimmers of every ability, and says she learns something new from watching each of them take on the sport in their own way.

SwimBox is Pakistan's first Swim England certified swim school. These are the qualifications that sit behind every lesson taught here.
Not hired and handed a whistle. Every coach here is trained by our founder herself, according to the Swim England Curriculum. She also trains them to her own playful-but-structured approach: the idea that everyone should get to enjoy the water in the way that suits them.
That is the reason the lessons feel the same whichever coach your child gets. Everyone is working off the same playbook, and everyone is continuing to be taught while they teach.
The team is both men and women, and that is what makes the adult classes work the way they do: ladies are taught by female coaches in a session kept private, gents by a male coach. All of them come through the same training first, whichever class they end up on.

We love teaching every student who comes through the door, whatever their age or skill level. Every day is a chance to help someone get past a fear, or break through to something they could not do last week.
SwimBox is committed to developing its staff. We will train you on our methods so you are properly prepared, and we offer in-service and continuing education. In all likelihood you will pick up a few swimming tricks yourself along the way.
The best way to judge a swim school is to stand on the deck and watch a lesson. We're in Gulberg 2, a minute off Main Boulevard.
